Techniques for Adding Wireless Connectivity to Embedded Systems
IEEE-802.15.4 is quickly becoming the standard for 2.4-GHz RF communications, whether the implementation is point-to-point or mesh networking. With MCU+RF solutions now becoming available, two-chip FSK solutions are sub-optimum for many applications, as are UARTs. This presentation highlights new semiconductor devices are that are better solutions for implementing wireless connectivity. |
