Low-cost Solutions for Connecting to TFT-LCD Panels

TFT-LCD panels are increasingly the display choice for embedded systems. This session explains why and identifies low-cost, easy-to-use MCU solutions for driving them. The presentation includes a technical analysis of the operation of the LCD direct drive capabilities of H8S and H8SX devices, showing performance data and bus loading information. Third-party software support is covered, as well. Finally, the discussion explains how this comprehensive TFT-LCD electronics solution allows complex images to be easily created on a display.
